How It Works

Connect

We’ll start with a quick 15-minute call to chat about your goals and make sure we’re a good fit. After that, I’ll send over a proposal. If it all looks good, I’ll follow up with a contract and invoice to book your project. Then we’ll kick things off with a call to dive deeper into your business.

Create

From there, I’ll research your industry and competitors and create two mood boards for you to choose from. Once you pick the vibe, I’ll start designing your brand. You’ll get a full proof and two rounds of revisions to make sure everything feels just right and true to you.

Celebrate

Once you’ve approved your print design and paid the final invoice, you’ll get access to all your print files. Then it’s time to celebrate—you’ve got a printed marketing you’re excited to share! I’ll also follow up about a month later to see how things are going.

  • Absolutely! I specialize in creating designs that align seamlessly with your existing brand. If you already have a brand guide—or even just a clear, consistent vibe—I’m happy to follow it closely to ensure everything feels cohesive. If your brand materials are well-organized and eliminate the need for extra prep work, you may even qualify for a discount on your project.

  • I don’t offer in-house printing, but I’ll provide you with all the print-ready files your printer will need. I design with standard print specs in mind, so you can take the files to any printer of your choice. I encourage my clients to build a direct relationship with their printer, so you have the flexibility to reprint materials whenever you need. If your printer ever runs into issues with the files, I’m happy to make any necessary adjustments.

  • Each package is split into two payments. A non-refundable deposit of 50% is due upfront to book your spot and begin work. The remaining 50% is due once the final proof is approved. I also offer payment plans upon request.

  • My process is collaborative from the start so we stay aligned and avoid surprises. You’ll have two rounds of revisions where you can share feedback, and I’ll make changes accordingly. Need more revisions beyond that? No problem—additional revisions are available at my hourly rate.
