Hello, I’m Morgan!

If I had to pick one word to describe myself, it’d be a toss-up between “maker” and “loving.” We’ll stick with “maker” for now—it’s a little more on brand. I’ve always loved creating, whether it was dreaming up new games with friends, writing fictional worlds, or designing theater sets.

I actually went to school for technical theater, but the late nights weren’t kind to my chronic migraine attacks, and I knew I needed something more sustainable. Inspired by my godmother’s path into graphic design, I enrolled at my local community college—and on the very first day, as we explored how to turn ideas into visuals, I knew I was in the right place.

After graduation, I interned at a marketing company designing for financial, healthcare, and educational institutions. It was solid work, but I missed the creativity and connection. So I took a leap and started my own business.

Since then, I’ve been lucky enough to partner with small businesses and non-profits to create branding, print materials, and digital graphics that support their growth and reflect their values. I recently entered remission from chronic migraine, and with that new chapter, my passion for meaningful, creative work has only grown. When I’m not designing, I’m usually hiking, reading, baking sourdough, sewing, or playing a game—always making, always learning.

Working Together

I know there are a lot of designers out there, and if you’re here, it’s probably because something in my work resonated with you or you think we’d make a great team. So, let’s talk about what it’s like to work together and what you can expect from the process!

Clear Communication & Structure

I know how important it is to set clear expectations, so you’ll always know what’s happening and when. At the start of every project, I’ll walk you through my process so you never have to wonder what comes next. Everything’s organized in your client portal—contracts, invoices, tasks, feedback forms, and a quick messaging center for easy communication. We’ll connect through email and video calls at key milestones, and I often record short walkthrough videos so you can review presentations on your own time.

A Creative Partner

Collaboration is at the heart of my business because I know design, and you know your business. The best results come when we combine that knowledge to create visuals that truly represent you and attract the right people. You’ll bring your ideas, goals, and inspiration, and I’ll use my expertise to bring them to life. Through thoughtful feedback and open communication, we’ll refine things together until it feels just right for your business.

A Guided Process

I know you wear a lot of hats in your business, so you don’t have to worry about project management; I’ve got that covered. I follow a clear, step-by-step process that you’ll know from the start, with helpful forms that guide your feedback and keep every decision rooted in your business goals. While I like to keep things structured and organized, I also understand that life happens. Having navigated chronic migraine myself, I value flexibility and am always willing to adjust when needed.

Encouragement & Support

I don’t see you as just another project—I’m genuinely invested in you and your business. My goal is to build a long-term partnership so that anytime you need a design or even just design advice, you have a go-to person to ask (not just ChatGPT). I want you to feel confident, excited, and proud of what we create together, and by the end of the project, my hope is that you’re ecstatic to share it with the world. Think of me as your designer and your biggest cheerleader.

Thoughtful, Intentional Design

Design should be beautiful, but it should also serve a purpose. I keep that in mind through every step of the process, reviewing your forms and meeting notes to make sure every color, font, and image aligns with your business and goals. The designs we create together will look great, tell your story, connect with your audience, and continue to serve you well for years to come.

My Goal

I want you to walk away from a project feeling confident, supported, and equipped with design that truly represents your business and connects with the people you’re trying to reach.

We’re a good fit if…

You’re a passionate small business owner or service provider who values good design.

You communicate clearly and meet deadlines to keep projects running smoothly.

You trust my expertise and see design as a collaboration.

You’re open to feedback and thoughtful about what makes sense for your business.

You understand that good design takes time and are ready to invest in something that will last.

You want a creative partner who genuinely cares about your success.

We may not be a good fit if…

You’re looking for a rush job or a quick fix—I don’t do rushed deadlines.

You prefer to direct every detail instead of collaborating and trusting the process.

You struggle to stay organized or often miss deadlines and project tasks.

You see design as an expense rather than an investment in your business.

You’re not ready to make decisions or provide feedback when needed.

It’s completely okay if we’re not the right fit; you deserve to find the designer who works best for you. But if we sound like the perfect match, I’d love to meet you!
